CODA has established the Board of Directors and Officers’ Meetings, etc. under the General Meeting to manage the organization. Daily affairs of CODA are discussed and examined by the “t Enforcement Committee” and “Legal System Committee,” in which member companies and organizations participate, and the secretariat is in charge of these istrative practices. 6d6nv

The Content Overseas Distribution Association（CODA） was founded as an organization through which contents holders and copyright-related organizations cooperate to reduce piracy around the world, and to actively promote the international distribution of Japanese content, such as music, films, animation, TV programs and video games. While CODA was formed to counter content piracy, the organization is now expanding its enterprise in cooperation with domestic and international government agencies, industry organizations and content holders.
On Dec 2, 2013, we merged our secretariat office with that of the Anti-Counterfeiting Association (ACA) in order to strengthen our capability to protect copyright and offer comprehensive measures against copyright infringement in Japan as well as overseas.
